Full down draft booths are considered to be top of the line in paint booth configurations. Intake air is pre-filtered in the air-make up unit and then enters the booth through the ceiling filters. We use Filtrair® diffusion filters that stop particles down to 5 microns. They also produce a uniform air flow though out the booth.  Positive booth pressure can also be maintained to keep contaminates out of the booth resulting in a cleaner paint job. Our down draft booth also provides for a cleaner work environment for the painter. Booth maintenance is also very important to a clean paint job. We keep a regular filter change out schedule and keep booth walls and floor clean.

Such imperfections are invisible in regular light. Verify color matches using spray-outs or variants. Check for full paint coverage and post-paint imperfections before applying clear coat.
